Surviving the Holidays

Grief is harder around the holidays and facing this season while grieving can sometimes feel like taking one step forward and two steps back. But like a trusted guide, a 2-hour Surviving the Holidays event will prepare you to navigate the season’s changes. Surviving the Holidays provides encouragement, support, and valuable tools to navigate the challenges of the season. 

Due to the nature of this group children will not be permitted in the course so all participants can have focused time for themselves.

This Group is is meeting on Sunday, November 16th from 
11:30am - 1:00pm in the Administration building (small building across from our main auditorium). 

All registrations are non-refundable.
